Yes, there will be a 10th Gold Cup Air Rally this summer (2010).
We're heading west to Manitoba, one of the only three provinces the
GCAR hasn't flown to as a destination. Tentative departure date
is Saturday, July 24, 2010 with our Awards dinner by Tuesday, July 27,
2010 somewhere in Manitoba. These dates have been carefully
chosen to allow folks to attend the 99s International Conference in
Hawaii, July 9-11, 2010 and return home to catch their breath.
Also it allows those who want to fly to Oshkosh to head down directly
from the rally terminus for the final days of fun there.
So mark these dates on your calendar now. More details will
come from the committee in the new year.
