AGM, Salle 1 and 2 conference room, Hotel St. Paul, 09:00-12:00

Banquet Supper, Salle 1, catered by the renowned le Vauvert restaurant, Hotel St. Paul, 17:00-19:00

..... three course meal at $54 per person plus 5% GST, 7.5% PST, 15%  service charge= $69.00

Alcohol is paid per glass red or white wine: $10 plus tax = $12.00

Appetizer choice: 1) orange duck pâté, mesclun salad, root chips ~or~ 2) mixed salad

Entrée choice: 1) grilled salmon, rhubarb marmalade, golden raisin, baby spinach, balsamic reduction  ~or~

2) grain fed chicken breast, `grelot` potatoes in salad, caramelized onion & Meaux mustard, red wine sauce

Registration and payment procedures:

1) Reserve guestroom with Hotel St. Paul preferably prior to April 21^st, 2008 by phone: 1-866-380-2202 (state you are a participant in the “Ninety-Nines Event”

 2) Prior to May 1^st e-mail Alice Redahl, Montreal Chapter Chairperson with your full name, chapter, mode of transportation to Montreal, flight or train #, arrival location and arrival time & your supper choices (red or white wine?) :  aredahl@hotmail.com

 3) Mail Alice a personal cheque made out to “the Ninety-Nines Inc.” as payment for your participation fee ($38) and Banquet Supper ($69) plus wine ($12 per glass) asap.

Examples: $38 + $69 + $12 (1 glass of wine) = $ 119 cheque                $38 + $69 + $24 (2 glasses of wine)=$131 cheque
